| David S. Bell Senior Partner, Design Group International David provides consulting services across North America. His experience includes stewardship consultation, organizational visioning, leadership development and planned giving. He has served as a pastor, development director and national church executive. Today he also leads motivational seminars for faith-based ministries.

Keith Brock Principal and Chief Creative Officer, The CSK Group Keith is co-founder and Chief Creative Officer for the CSK Group, a strategic marking and branding firm based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Keith has over 30 years experience in the development and implementation of brand strategy and brand communication. He has worked with a broad range of domestic and international clients including several Fortune 500 companies including: Exxon, Chevron; Bank of America, Wells Fargo Bank, Cathay Pacific Airlines, and Nike as well as several leading non-profit institutions including United Way, Coral Ridge Ministries, and Focus on the Family. Before establishing CSK Keith was formally VP and Executive Creative Director for Landor Associates in San Francisco and Hong Kong, Principal of Envision Group in Hong Kong/Bangkok/Manilla, Design Director of Saul Bass in LA. Keith is a graduate of the University of Nebraska and teaches Communication Design and History of Communication at the University of Colorado/Metropolitan State College in Denver.

He leads the account teams for Wycliffe Bible Translators, Northwestern Media, Mercy Ships, and Grace Presbyterian Ministries. | 
| Shelley Cochrane Principal, OneAccord Partners Shelley has extensive experience in faith-based, not-for-profit leadership. She has led fund development and strategies to generate donor interest and first-time gift income. Shelley previously served as vice president for The Evangelical Alliance Mission (TEAM) where she oversaw fund development, communications/media and other initiatives. | 
| Gary Hoag Managing Member, Generosity Monk Gary has been involved in resource development in Christian higher education at Biola University, Colorado Christian University and Denver Seminary, where he served as VP of Advancement from 2002-2009 and coordinated the campaign to build a new seminary campus. He launched Generosity Monk in 2009 to encourage Christian generosity.

Over his 25-year career, Steve has held a number of senior executive roles in both for-profit and non-profit industries where he led global strategic marketing, global product marketing, global brand strategy and development, and global marketing communications. Steve has also spent many years as a consultant helping clients build and practically implement brand and marketing strategies. He has had the privilege of working with some marquis organizations such as Focus On The Family, Pulte Group, Coral Ridge Ministries, Kemper Insurance, Kemper National Services, J.D. Edwards, and PeopleSoft. Steve has an undergraduate degree in business management and administration from Bradley University and an MBA, with a concentration in Finance, from DePaul University.

His more than two decades of experience as a marketing strategist and integrated marketing specialist includes 12 years as a leader in World Vision’s creative resources department, for whom he consulted another eight years.

Jeffrey has written hundreds of proposals, secured millions of dollars as a consultant, has had over 80 percent of his proposals funded, and has secured over 90 percent of the dollars for which he has applied. | 
| Douglas Shaw Co-founder, Douglas Shaw & Associates Doug has served Christian ministries for 29 years. He and his wife Stevey founded the firm 14 years ago. Today it serves ministries and their fundraising needs and has raised hundreds of millions of dollars for those ministries. Doug values a donor-based approach that is both biblical in its treatment of donors and effective in generating donor response.
