Compensation Resources, Inc. (CRI) and Christian Leadership Alliance (CLA) are pleased to invite you to participate in the 2009 Compensation Survey Report for Christian Organizations (formerly the Compensation Handbook for Christian Ministries). This annual study provides important compensation data for use by Christian-based organizations. Given the ever-changing economic times, having up-to-date salary data is essential in making appropriate pay decisions regarding your staff. Along with salary data on 70 jobs, the survey also captures benefit information including insurance coverage, paid time off, retirement plans, turnover, work — life, etc. Results will be published in September, just in time for year-end planning.
The data is separated into the following 12 industrial classifications:

- Christian Colleges/Universities
- Outreach/Social Service
- Churches
- Parachurches
- Educational Services
- Publishers
- Financial Services
- Broadcast Media
- Foundations
- Camps & Conference Centers
- Mission Agencies
In addition, the survey data is reported for each position by revenue, employee size, and organizational hierarchy. Various statistical measures are reported, such as the average, median, and percentile data for each position.

Pricing for the handbook is as follows:
CLA Individual, Premier, Gold or Founders Council Member = $299 per copy
(Complimentary to Founders Council and Gold Members who participate in the survey. Order form still required.)
Non-Member = $449 per copy
